An industry leading performance on digital channels, over 2m customers recruited at less than £5 per customer. Revenue grew from £2.6m to £9.1m and from debt to profitability in 2 years.

  • Relaunched Wild Card characters with new, on trend, researched characters such as cactus, sloth, astronaut and pug.

  • Developed 5 unique exploding confetti new products - Cannon, Ta-Dah, Gift Box, Letterbox gifts and Letterbox Flowers.

  • Led the product collaboration with Nails Inc.

  • Created suite of TV ads with challenging budget limitations
