Career & Education

  • Amsterdam based Brand, Creative and Marketing consultant

  • Leading new product development, head of multimedia design for website and marketing, creative assets for Social Media, TV and CRM.

  • Responsible for managing in-house creative team of 10 graphic designers, copywriter, managers and co-ordinators; responsible for producing all creative assets for Marketing and Brand.

  • Managed and led the Marketing team, CRM and Acquisition, Merchandising and the Design Studio that created in-house ranges, new licences, UK greeting cards and flowers and gifts.

  • Built and managed the Design Studio, team of 15+ designers, illustrators, artworkers, design managers and freelancers.

  • Joined January 2000, 2nd employee, My role included bookkeeping, office management, customer services, managing the greeting card selection and website. By 2004, at angel investor stage, I had cemented my role as Product Manager; curating what cards featured, analysing sales/data, expanding personalisation, managing ranking & search and commissioning cartoonists, artists, and copywriters. I gained knowledge of the digital print process, website functionality, navigation and back office systems.
